Normandeau Communications was founded by Raymond Normandeau after retiring from almost 30 years of service at New England Telephone and AT&T. He was joined by his elder son, Brett Normandeau with a background as a licensed Electrical Journeyman. Together they fostered their family values for hard work, honesty and commitment to others as their skilled technicians provided quality cabling services and professional installation of business telephone systems.

The Normandeau business grew with the addition of Ray’s daughter, Kim (Normandeau) Durand with a strong administrative background from the broadband telecommunications industry. In 2001, Ray was pleased to hand over the reins to Brett and Kim as he elected to retire and leave the business in the competent hands of his children.
